I really loved staying at this hotel. It was located right on the edge of the town, which made it convenient to explore the area. There was a local pizzeria just 2 minutes away, and they served food until late at night. The hotel also had excellent amenities, such as a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the spa and wellness center provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our visit was a return one to Sud Tirol, having spent a winter holiday there 20 years ago. Certainly, progress has happened, with many more Hotels, but the generosity of the hosts and the beauty of the area still remains.Our only criticism would be that the bed was too hard.! Otherwise - Perfect!

Very nice position, clean and big rooms, sauna

The breakfast, location, spacious balconies, fresh fruit, and friendly staff were excellent! The hotel's garden and the children's playing room were also very useful.

Very nice aparthotel: comfortable rooms, with lovely view from the balcony and a lot of space inside. The wellness centre is extremely good. Friendly and helpful staff. They don't serve dinner, but there is a nice restaurant (Panorama) close by. Higly recommended.

Nothing good

A room in the underfloor wet, cold and no light with cars starting in the window. It is a room in the parking. Expensive and no room service. Unfriendly staff. The best way to break your holidays. Booking customer relationship was trying to get a better room for me. Thanks. But ir was impossible.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was situated next to the open agricultural fields and close to the forest, which made it very peaceful and relaxing. the skibus stop was just a few steps away, making it convenient to access nearby ski resorts. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements. the kitchen facilities were also impressive and allowed guests to prepare their meals easily.

Some aspects of the service provided by the hotel staff were not up to par, which detracted from the overall experience.

We ordered 3 rooms for almost the same price. One of them was OK and nice - equal to the price. Studio was not as fancy, but sill OK.

One of the rooms ordered - without any preliminary notification (except 3 eur lower price) was a basement. Entrance via gym and windows looking into walls under groud. There as not even mobile coverage there. I would never believe that anybody offers that to guests and calls it "Comfort room".

location, cleaness, nice staff

breakfast ( no warm dishis for example eggs or sauseges) and one day before our leaving they put a big note on the apartment door, that we must pay our bill till half eight p.m. and that we must clean the apartment and take out the rubbish, so we were under an impression, that we are in some hostel, not in quite an exspencive apartment

We loved the location of this hotel, nestled right next to the forest and open agricultural fields. It provided a peaceful and green atmosphere. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful communal garden and helpful staff. Parking was easy, and the hotel provided transportation options. Breakfast was tasty and had good quality coffee.

Modern, well appointed and very clean. Fabulous view to the mountains to the south.

The accommodations had a great view of the surrounding area and the rooms were equipped with a small kitchenette which made it convenient for making breakfast. the location of the accommodations was perfect, being close to restaurants and great hiking trails.

The accommodations were advertised as having a spa area, but the hot tub was too cold to be comfortable and the sauna took forever to heat up. the staff lacked helpfulness and weren't particularly friendly.

We were very pleased and totally refteshed.It has a nice view , peaceful, calm. The fascility is basic but enough. I'm very sorry for short stay.
